We caught up with Rosie Gentile, the owner and founder of Farsley-based Rise Dance that's on a mission to prove dance isn't just for the privileged few - it's for everyone, regardless of experience, background and budget.

00:00Hi, I'm Rosie Gentile and I am the owner and founder of Rise Dance.

00:04Yeah, so here at Rise Dance our mission is to make dance accessible to everyone.

00:08Dance can often be thought of as something that is only for the people who are trained already

00:13or that find dance naturally easy, but we don't believe that.

00:17Dancing is for everyone and here at Rise we just want everyone through the door

00:21coming and doing something that is beneficial in terms of mental health, physical health, mindfulness.

00:27We're a community, so people make friends here and it's just a fantastic hobby

00:32and it's a fantastic place to come, so yeah, please come and see us.
