Woman marks birthday and foot surgery by slicing bunion off a foot-shaped cake

Claudia Sheed, 28, from London, UK, had surgery on her right foot five weeks ago and had joked about wanting a "bunion cake" to mark the occasion.

To her surprise, a family friend delivered on the idea and baked a cake in the shape of a foot for her 28th birthday.
