Malaysia is officially entering its second semiconductor wave, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim announced.
This follows the government's agreement with UK-based ARM Holdings Plc to secure semiconductor design licenses and technology over the next decade, aiming to elevate the country's chip industry up the value chain.
