00:15The local artists in their province were given the honor of being honored by South Cotabato.

00:22This is in honor of National Arts Month.

00:24This is an exhibit made up of different types of arts including visual arts, theater, music, dance, and poetry.

00:33According to Danny Doce, visual arts sector representative of South Cotabato Culture and Arts Council,

00:38this celebration is a big help to show and highlight the talent of South Cotabatenos in the arts.

00:45Our goal here is for everyone to be able to come together

00:50to create a good example especially for the young generation,

00:55the artists, the young generation.

00:58Who will start?

00:59If we are here now, then we will pass it on to the next generation.

01:06The Palanca Hall of Famer Peter Solisneri also attended the celebration

01:10and showed his support to the local artists in the region.

01:14I saw that the writing of the literature in the other regions of the Philippines is very good.

01:23I am very happy that the writers in the region are able to show their talent

01:31so that the people of the region can be proud of their culture and their communities.

01:42The exhibits will continue until today

01:45while an on-the-spot painting competition was held on February 21.
