Saman fitnah difailkan Menteri Besar Selangor, Amirudin Shari terhadap Sanusi Nor diselesaikan secara baik selepas menteri besar Kedah itu membuat permohonan maaf secara terbuka di Mahkamah Tinggi pagi ini.
00:00Amiruddin Syari's slander case against Sanusi Nor was resolved well after the Minister of Justice made an open apology in the High Court this morning.
00:14Sanusi, as a defendant, apologized to Amiruddin in the open court as part of the settlement of the civil case in connection with his slander of the Klang River Cleanup Project.
00:26Judge Rozi Bainun stated that the case was completely resolved and closed, but did not allow the statement of apology of Sanusi to be released to the public.
00:36Amiruddin remembered that time in 2023 after Sanusi claimed that he misused his power in collusion with businessman Vincent Tan to move a piece of land in Selangor,
00:48more than 600 acres worth Rp 10 billion to move the land for free.
00:54Sanusi also claimed that the Selangor government suffered a loss of Rp 180 million as a result of the incident.
01:02In his defense, Sanusi said that he only responded to the slander made by the Prime Minister of Selangor against him.
