00:25Romualdez also said that the US is just asking for a short period of time for this to be fulfilled.
00:31The DFA was the first to warn the US that some parts of the Philippines are exempted from the 90-day foreign assistance ban.
00:39The Ambassador also confirmed that the US has been granted a waiver of US$336 million in security aid for the country.
