White Dove tells the story of Ibrahim a Palestinian child growing up in the shadow of war emphasizing the importance of holding onto hope and resilience. As a child Ibrahim keeps his hope alive by writing letters to his father and a white dove becomes the only constant in his life. However the losses and forced migration brought by war completely change his world. Years later when he returns to Palestine as a teacher a silent witness from his past awaits him the white dove... With this film I wanted to deeply convey the devastating impact of war on individuals and the human struggle to hold onto hope. White Dove is not just a reflection of the tragedies in Palestine but also a representation of the suffering in many parts of the world. My goal was to take the audience on a journey allowing them to feel the human dimension of war and to emphasize how precious it is to hope for peace. Technically I created this film entirely using artificial intelligence. Every element from visuals to sound design was produced with the capabilities of AI. However as this technology is still developing there may be minor imperfections. Nevertheless this does not diminish the emotional impact of the film rather it offers an experience that showcases how technology can be used as a tool for artistic storytelling. White Dove is an emotionally and visually compelling film that aims to remind us that even in the darkest moments of war hope can still exist.
