00:00The National Maritime Council issued a D.A.

00:02that violates international norms,

00:05particularly in air safety,

00:06the dangerous approach of China's PLA Navy plane

00:10to the B-4 aircraft.

00:11According to the NMC spokesperson,

00:14Undersecretary Alexander Lopez,

00:16the so-called PLA Navy plane just flew away

00:19when the aircraft of the B-4 was seen flying away.

00:22Lopez also assured that the Department of Foreign Affairs

00:25will hold a diplomatic protest

00:27for the next incident.

00:28This is also in line with President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s directive

00:33to make the issue about the territory of the Philippines

00:37peaceful and diplomatic.

00:59That's also the directive of our president.

01:02We will do all peaceful means

01:06through diplomatic mechanisms or channels and mechanisms.

01:09So at least on record,

01:12we made our protest.
