Coca-Cola is launching a prebiotic soda brand, Simply Pop, in late February, targeting West Coast and Southeast consumers. The move challenges industry upstarts Olipop and Poppi, which have fueled growth in the digestive health soda market. Under Coke’s Simply juice brand, Simply Pop, will feature fruit-forward flavors with no added sugar, real fruit juice, vitamin C, zinc, and prebiotic fiber. Olipop and Poppi have driven category growth to $440 million in 2024.
