Karnataka Lokayukta says no proof against Siddaramaiah, his wife in Muda case

The Lokayukta has said that there is no evidence against Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, his wife and others in the Muda case.

00:24Mahikrishna, the Loka Yatra have asked us to go ahead and contest against the findings

00:31of Loka Yatra because they have mentioned in the letter that the officials concluded

00:36that the case was civil in nature and lacked substantial proof against the allegations

00:41which have been made by Sneha Mahikrishna and there is no suitable criminal investigation

00:46in this entire case where Sneha Mahikrishna has alleged that there is a criminal intention

00:51behind this particular case and they have also said that the issue may be either due

00:55to misunderstanding of facts or law.

00:59So there is a misunderstanding of law according to Loka Yatra in their findings by the complainant

01:04and they have also asked that there is lack of sufficient evidence to prove the involvement

01:08of A-1, A-2, A-3 and A-4 in this entire allegations made by Sneha Mahikrishna, so indirectly they

01:15are giving clean chit to Chitra Siddaramayya SYF and other people who have been involved

01:20in this entire Amuda scam and probably any time now they might submit the report to the

01:25local court.

01:26So they have said that whatever they have found in the investigation, if they have to

01:30contest they should come forward and contest in front of the magistrate against the findings

01:36of Loka Yatra and they have also given a deadline of one week.
