00:04in Paris, but it does look like the Europeans, including the United Kingdom, are being blindsided.

00:09I mean, does that, does it look that way to you as well?

00:12Well, I think that there's a lot of mixed messages coming out of the Trump administration

00:17at the moment.

00:18We've seen that over the last six days.

00:20And there's some uncertainty among the European leaders about, you know, what America is taking

00:26off the table or leaving on the table in terms of their potential involvement in some later

00:33stage in some sort of stabilisation force, whether they're talking already to the Russians

00:39about lifting sanctions potentially, what are going to be the security guarantees.

00:44I think there's a lot of uncertainties now caused by the different nuances, at least,

00:51of the voices coming out of the Trump White House.
