Are private parking fines unfair?

Many drivers say private parking firms issue fines too quickly. We ask locals if these companies should be better regulated and whether they or a family member have ever received an unfair parking charge.

00:16important. There are situations where it could definitely be more lenient.

00:35the actual parking space because it was more urgent and we've got tickets so it

00:38wasn't very fair. I've been a victim a couple of times. Literally, you know, it

00:43was just a minute stop waiting for my family to come on the, you know, and

00:48they issued a ticket for £100 and that was really a short notice so I

00:54had no option other than to pay. So I believe that if they do so, that

00:58will be a good thing.
