00:23As you can see behind me, one of the three lanes is closed here in the northbound from the intersection of Carmen Street to Pedro Hill Street.
00:34Because the inner lane is closed, the traffic flow is slowly or partially increasing.
00:41And other motorists are also passing through the service road.
00:46Earlier this morning, it was noticed that their work on the road is not continuous but the inner lane is still closed.
