00:00Police shot dead a man believed to be behind the recent shooting at the Satya City Mall early this morning.
00:08In a statement, Selangor Police Chief Hussein Omar Khan said the suspect in his mid-30s was shot dead after an exchange of gunfire in a 3 a.m. raid at a hotel in Pulau Ketam Klang.
00:22The police also seized two loaded firearms in the suspect's possession, who had a criminal record with nine prior offences, including seven armed robberies.
00:33The man was wanted for a shooting incident at the mall in Setia Alam on February 8, where he fired several shots at a cleaner before fleeing.
00:42He also reportedly pointed his gun at another bystander before escaping.
