00:00The Department of Health is teaching climate change as one of the reasons for the continuous increase of dengue cases in the country.

00:08According to the agency, the dengue case has increased by 40% compared to last year.

00:15It has accelerated the increase of cases, which was expected to increase every time it rains.

00:21Meanwhile, the D.O.H. Bonson of Dengue Outbreak is helping the LGU in Siam.

00:29Where was the first outbreak declared by Quezon City?

00:32The D.O.H. did not give any information to the other 8 LGUs,

00:37especially the local governments that are supposed to be announcing this.

00:42The agency continues to call for a clean and proper environment as a protection against dengue.

00:50The declaration of an outbreak is not a sign of a disease.

00:54This means that the number of cases has increased compared to what is expected to happen in one part of the year.

01:03When we declare an outbreak through our mayors or our governors,

01:09there is an outbreak response.

01:11We can see this in the community clean-up drives.
