00:40Vehicles without RFID will be allowed to pass through toll plazas, but they will now use the ETC device or RFID sticker.
00:50According to the TRB, those who do not comply will be issued a temporary operator's permit or show-cause order due to violation of the No Valid ETC Device, No Entry Policy.
