00:00Hi, I'm Alison, the owner of the Cookie Billet. I've been here on and off since I was 17 years old.

00:06I used to be a Saturday girl here. I went abroad for a few years but got passed down from landlord to landlady.

00:13We bought the place in 2012 and it's been my baby ever since.

00:17We do lots of things here. We've got some great regulars, local people. It's a great area to be in.

00:23We also have a lot going on on the weekend and Saturday nights as well.
