00:15No.

00:16What has been your time away from chess?

00:19How do you spend your time?

00:22No, I think the thing people don't realize is that my life isn't so different now than

00:29it used to be.

00:30So, I'm still playing tournaments, preparing for them, traveling around and I enjoy it

00:37immensely.

00:38So, this is what I was doing before I started playing the world championship and this is

00:42what I plan on continuing to do for a while.

00:47What will be the expert advice to the newcomers who are coming to the game from school sides?

00:55It's very hard for me to say because different things work for different people but for

01:01me this game has always been about fun and that's the message I'm trying to get across

01:08to everybody that chess is a fun game and I hope others will join in the fun.

01:17That's all I can really hope for.

01:20Recently you've been saying that India is coming up in a big way.

01:23You see the Indian talent here.

01:25What are your thoughts on the young prodigies coming out of the ranks?

01:29No, I think it's awesome to see both the interest in chess and also both in terms of media,

01:39public, general population and obviously the huge amounts of young players that are taking

01:49over the chess scene.

01:55I think we're just at the beginning of a revolution that started with Anand becoming a grandmaster

02:03and then back in 1989, if I'm not completely mistaken, and then eventually winning the

02:12world championship and we're seeing it now.

02:16I think it's only going to get better.

02:19India is producing grandmasters at a higher level than ever before.

02:25Players like especially now Gokesh is breaking into the world's elite at an early age and

02:33I think he's going to be the trend rather than the exception coming up.

02:40I think we have a lot to look forward to.

02:44I've got a question from a friend.

02:47After Carlsen, who could be the next best chess player like Bobby Fischer and Gary Kasparov?

02:53Yeah, I don't look at after me yet.

02:59No, I was asked this question like 11 years ago.

03:10It was a friend of my father's actually who asked me like, what are you going to do in

03:2115 years when somebody comes along who is better than you?

03:25I was like, no, that's not going to happen.
