00:00The UWAP Volleyball season 87 started yesterday where four games were played on the opening day.

00:07Who will be the winner?

00:14UWAP Volleyball ranked for the new season this Saturday in the Mall of Asia Arena.

00:21In the first game, the host team University of the Philippines

00:26fighting Maroons vs. University of the East Red Warriors 3 sets to 2.

00:31The Nigerian youth national team spiker Olayemi Rahim looked forward to his debut.

00:38The 25-point player Rahim missed the chance to lead his team.

00:43Because of this, UP completed the comeback vs. UE 19-25, 25-23, 24-26, 25-16, and 18-16.

00:56We have to prepare for the game before the game.

00:59So yeah, it's like having the mindset of winning before going into the game.

01:05So yeah, I never really focused on that. I was only focused on what was happening.

01:25UST Golden Spikers 20-25, 25-22, 25-16, and 25-20.

01:33In an unfortunate injury, the reigning most valuable player Josh Ibanez was injured.

01:39The UST star player was put in a wheelchair and was rushed to the hospital.

01:44In the women's division, UP fighting Maroons vs. UE Lady Warriors.

01:4925-15, 25-19, 24-26, 13-25, and 15-13.

01:57FU Lady Tamaraos also won against UST Golden Tigresses.
