Now sign legally-binding documents in first metaverse office of UAE Ministry of Economy

The UAE Ministry of Economy has announced the opening of its new address - which it can be ‘visited’ from anywhere in the world as it is located inside in metaverse. The announcement was made by Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, UAE Minister of Economy, during a panel discussion on the opening day of Dubai Metaverse Assembly at the Museum of the Future on Wednesday. 00:09to have a quick tour to show you the possibility that we came up in our first trial and hopefully

00:15we can build on it. And now we are opening our Metaverse. I'm sorry if you want to see the other

00:20side and as you can see it represents a full building of the ministry where actually each

00:28floor can serve you for a different purpose. And if you can see you can come take a ticket

00:33and that will send a notification to our customer happiness center employee to join the Metaverse

00:39and that will be a nice experience where they can interact by voice. They can go to see this

00:44is our knowledge wall where you can come and see all information related to the ministry. You can

00:50come to know our services. There are networking area where people either employee and customers

00:56only can mingle and talk as a group or as a one-to-one and we can go a bit to see our auditorium.

01:04We can have real events. We can sign agreements. If we all remember in March in Dystopia we actually

01:12streamed an entire like the auditorium for people to join us in the Metaverse who couldn't do the

01:19physical visit. So this is an example of how people can use things. Our Metaverse is also

01:25equipped actually with the capability of signing agreement and docusign. So if we have a more use

01:30with international companies they we can meet in this instance and actually sign an actual

01:36legally binding document. Booths we see there is actually where will you get your tickets and

01:41employee will come. You can go into a one-to-one meeting where you can share your screen and our

01:47customer happiness agent will help you actually to go through your service step-by-step.
