01:47And we are three brothers.

01:49We are continuous this business, and it is a family business.

01:55And now, we are looking to go outside

01:59because we are making a franchise,

02:02because a lot of people, they're asking for a franchise

02:05in London, in Qatar, Saudi Arabia,

02:09and also in Egypt, and Turkey.

02:11And inshallah, we are going for that.

02:14And we are looking to have, inshallah,

02:17a lot of branches in all most of countries.

02:21The food, mainly Arabic food, Lebanese,

02:24and traditional food for Emirates food, you know.

02:29We make a lot of kinds of food,

02:32like kan'ad, hamour, shari, shrimps,

02:36and we cook it with Emirates way,

02:41and also Lebanese way, alhamdulillah.

02:44And we have a lot of customers from all of countries, you know,

02:50because we have a secret sauce, okay,

02:55and nobody can do it like us for this one.

02:59And also, we are dealing with a customer like a family.

03:04Why? When I was small, like seven, eight years,

03:08ten years also, I saw now our customer,

03:15they was like 30 years, I am 10 years,

03:19now they are 50 years, I am 30 years, like this.

03:22The continuous for the customer.

03:25Also, the good things, there is, you know,

03:32a soldier and some people,

03:38they came to visit us and playing and catching fish.

03:41Now, mashallah, they are a soldier and the police and the pilot,

03:45and also, almost of people in Abu Dhabi, the local people,

03:51they have a good memory and nice memory with buta fish.

03:55And, you know, the fish, it's main dishes for local and Arabic people,

04:02and we have here, you know, we have ocean and sea,

04:06and all, most of the people, they like to eat it.

04:09It is the main dishes for local people.

04:13They like the fish, and also for the visitors,

04:17and, you know, it gives protein, there is protein,

04:23and the fish, it is very healthy, and all, most people like the fish.

04:28And this is a good point also to sell fish in UAE,

04:36because we have a sea, we have everything fresh.
