00:00Let me start off by saying I was just doing a podcast and then they asked me about acting
00:07and show business.
00:08I have no interest in ruining Sarah Hyland's reputation.
00:12It seems like she's doing a great job of that on her own.
00:15I've gotten thousands of text messages and emails of people being like, thank God you
00:20said something.
00:21She's so mean.
00:22I've seen her here.
00:23She did this.
00:24She's like, she's not a great lady.
00:26I'm not trying to be mean.
00:28Maybe she just had a bad three days in a row while we were working together.
00:32But when I met her and the entire time I was there, she was nothing to brag about.
00:37We live in a system.
00:38And when I say we, I mean Hollywood show business, actors, comedians, musicians, where we're in
00:43this little bubble and we're afraid to say anything bad about the director.
00:46We're afraid to say anything bad about the star.
00:49But the truth is women can be douchebags, right?
00:52She's a great example of it.
00:54And stars can be very rude.
00:56I think it's okay to say these things.
00:58I'm not afraid.
00:59Sarah Hyland's never going to help me anyways.
01:02So who cares?
01:03I don't care.
01:04Me calling out Sarah as being a tyrant on the set, everyone I've been like, oh my gosh,
01:09what are you doing?
01:10That's so mean to say that.
01:11I'm like, no, I'm saying she's mean and she should be held accountable for her meanness.
01:16And I think that honesty wins nowadays.
01:18And I'm really happy that honesty wins.
01:20And it's showing.
01:21You do know that what this does mean is when you're on set and you're working that you've
01:26got to be on.
01:27Now you've got to be on your best behavior at all times because there's going to be people
01:31who are looking out.
01:32You know what?
01:33I'm a nice guy.
01:34And if you if you've ever worked with me, I'm nice to everyone.
01:38When I did a show with with William Chatner, Henry Winkler, Terry Bradshaw and George Foreman
01:42called Better Late Than Never.
01:44And I think I was the only guy I know I was the only talent who could tell you the name
01:48first and last name of everybody on the call sheet from camera operator to director to
01:53like we should be good people no matter what field we're in.
01:57We can't just be rude and surround ourselves with backup dancers and gay guys who only
02:01say yes to us with like Sarah does like I'm not afraid of any of these people in show
02:05business.
02:06I don't care.
