00:11The Pasay Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 46 filed a motion to quash or request Nones and Cruz

00:18to dismiss the two counts of acts of lasciviousness against them.

00:22According to the court, the case of acts of lasciviousness is now overkill

00:27because it is now considered an element of rape through sexual assault

00:32filed by the DOJ in the Pasay Regional Trial Court.
