00:09President Donald Trump has urged US Attorney General Jeff Sessions to terminate the investigation

00:14into Russian campaign interference right now.

00:17The tweets from the US President forced his lawyers to clarify that Trump was not ordering

00:21Sessions to take a specific action.

00:24Trump called the prosecution of his former campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, a hoax and

00:28escalated his attacks on the investigation, led by special counsel Robert Mueller.

00:33The tweets came at a particularly sensitive time in the investigation, as a federal jury

00:38in Virginia is hearing evidence in Manafort's trial on tax evasion and fraud charges.

00:43Huawei Technologies Company pulled ahead of Apple to claim the No. 2 position in global

00:48smartphone shipments in the second quarter.

00:51The new spot puts Huawei just behind Samsung, solidifying the rise of Chinese competitors.

00:56Huawei shipped 54.2 million phones in the quarter, 41% more than a year earlier, to

01:02jump ahead of the iPhone maker for the first time, according to the market research firm

01:07IDC.

01:08Pakistani actress-model Misha Shafi's sexual harassment appeal against actor Ali Zafar

01:14has been dismissed by the governor of Punjab over a technicality.

01:17Shafi had filed a complaint to the governor under the Protection Against Harassment of

01:21Women at Workplace Act 2010.

01:24However, her appeal was rejected because she wasn't an actual employee at the time the

01:29harassment allegedly took place, and was in no way bound by a formal contract.

01:34Shafi's legal team has responded it is looking to file another appeal on a competent forum.
