00:00To fight the spread of misinformation, the Presidential Communications Office partnered with VeriFiles.

00:07It aims to strengthen media literacy in state-run media such as PTV, Radyo Pilipinas, IBC, Philippine News Agency, and Philippine Information Agency through training.

00:22VeriFiles Fact-Checking is an online verification training.

00:27The training will be conducted by fact-checkers from PCOs in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

00:36Based on the Memorandum of Agreement, VeriFiles will not pay for training as a support against misinformation.

00:44VeriFiles is a proven partnership for transparency and media literacy in the country.

00:50It is also a reflection of PCO's strong dedication to provide accurate information to the public.
