00:08India said today it expected economic growth to surge above 8% as it announced its annual

00:14budget that allocated billions of dollars for rural infrastructure. The government also

00:19unveiled a health insurance program for around 500 million poor. The fiscal deficit will

00:25overshoot to 3.5% from the earlier estimate of 3.2% in the current fiscal, Finance Minister

00:32Arun Jaitley said. There will be no change in personal income tax lapse.

00:36The potential release of a US House Committee's classified memo has the FBI in a remarkably

00:41public clash with the White House. The FBI says it has grave concerns about the accuracy

00:47of the memo, which involves the committee's investigation of Russian meddling in the 2016

00:53The top Democrat on the committee, meanwhile, said its vote to release the memo is invalid

00:58because Republicans secretly altered the memo.

01:01Rose McGowan says it's time for disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein to drop his

01:06story about a consensual relationship. The activist said her statement was the truth

01:12and reality.

01:13Weinstein issued a statement Tuesday that quoted McGowan's former manager saying the

01:17actress had spoken of a consensual encounter with him. Weinstein is accused by multiple

01:23women of sexual misconduct.

01:25And finally, the weather. Today's high across the UAE will be 30 degrees Celsius, dropping

01:29to 14 degrees at night.
