00:40The festival is held in Cebu, Philippines every 3rd Sunday of January and features a

00:44street parade of groups in colorful costumes while doing the traditional Sinulog dance

00:53In the UAE, the festival marked its sixth year.

00:56It was in 2013 when the first Sinulog festival was celebrated by a small group of Filipino
