01:02The 17-year-old stated in an Instagram post that a passenger on the flight rubbed his

01:07foot up her back and neck while she was half-asleep.

01:11The airline posted a statement on its official Twitter account, stating,

01:16We have seen the reports regarding Zaira Wasim's experience with another customer on board

01:21last night.

01:22We are carrying out detailed investigation and will support Zaira in every way required.

01:28We have zero tolerance for such behaviour.
