00:00It's really bad in terms of the UK. I think it's a massive mistake for them. But on the

00:09other side of the coin, I'm Scottish. I'm a big yes, independent supporter. We're going

00:14to have independence in two years' time. So there's pluses, but a lot of minuses as well.

00:17I think it's going to be very difficult. It's hard to predict that. We don't know how the

00:21market's going to react. It's almost impossible to tell. Right now they're going down, but

00:25tomorrow they could be going up again.

00:26I was shocked. I wasn't quite expecting it. We're a European family. My husband's British.

00:34I'm Belgian. My daughter's born in France. We live in the UAE. So we weren't expecting

00:39anything like this, because obviously, being the family that we are, we are obviously European

00:44citizens. We're not of a certain country. So yeah, we're really shocked.

00:48Well, I think it's a big question mark, what's going to happen. Obviously, we ask ourselves

00:52questions about what's going to happen to us. My husband works for a French company.

00:56What's going to happen? So yeah, you ask yourself questions. You don't know what's

00:59going to happen. I just hope they take their time, and they reflect on what they're going

01:03to do, and that it will be the best for everybody involved.

01:07Very surprising. I think myself and a lot of my friends and family were all for the

01:12Remain campaign, and thought that it was pretty much a done deal. But yeah, obviously, the

01:17Leave campaign slightly edged it, which was very surprising and slightly worrying, I guess,

01:24just not knowing what the future holds. Obviously, I mean, it's a long process. I know for the

01:27next couple of years, at least, things probably won't change so much. But after that, I think

01:32we're all left wondering, really. We don't really know. I think few people have got confidence

01:37in the people that have led the Leave campaign. And so I guess it's up to them to prove their

01:43worth and give confidence to the people that doubted them.

01:46I was quite disappointed. I come from the United States of America. In my country, we

01:50say, Ae pluribus unum, from many, one. And it's very important to be united and work

01:55together. And I know it's expensive to remain in the Union, and it's difficult to remain

01:59in the Union. But for the peace of Europe and the stability of the world, I really think

02:04it's important to have a unified Europe. I lived in Europe for 16 years. I love living

02:09there. It feels like home to me. I lived in Germany. And I know that the intent of the

02:14people is very much to try to work together, and I wish that it had been a vote to stay.

02:18I was a bit surprised, to be honest. I thought that Britain would remain in the EU. But yeah,

02:28I think it's come as a bit of a shock. I think that's really hard to say. I think the point

02:33why a lot of people probably voted to remain is that leaving the EU has a lot of uncertainty.

02:43I'm not really sure voting for remain is kind of sticking with the status quo, whereas

02:50leaving the EU is kind of going into the great unknown. I do think that Scotland will vote

02:59to become independent now.
