00:00Rain and thunderstorms continue to lash Dubai, Sharjah and other parts of the UAE.
00:12In Dubai, motorists and commuters were among those most affected by the rain, which has
00:17hit different parts of the UAE since Tuesday night.
00:19Rainy weather, this was the first time, this one in March, it's raining, and this winter

00:37While it has caused misery to motorists and commuters, some Dubai residents and tourists
00:42consider the rain a blessing.

00:58Meanwhile, the National Center of Meteorology and Seismology said the unstable weather will
01:03continue across the country with cloudy and dusty conditions.
01:06Cloud cover will increase over some areas, causing thunder and hailstorms at times.
01:11Wind speed could increase, becoming stronger at times, kicking up dust and sand in the
01:16open areas.
01:17Tourists as well as fishermen and seafarers have been urged to stay away from the sea
01:21as rough waters are expected.
01:24Boaterists have also been advised to exercise caution while driving in the wet weather.
