00:11Private helicopter with two people on board crashed while taking off on the Palm Jameer

00:14Island on Wednesday, Dubai police sources have confirmed. Both people on board were

00:18airlifted to Rashid Hospital. Police said the crash happened in the afternoon causing

00:22massive traffic jams on the Palm. Helicopter charter company Heli Dubai said in a statement

00:27that the incident involved one of its A6DYR helicopters with one pilot and one member

00:32of its ground staff on board. Both were in stable condition, it said.

00:36UN mediator for Syrian peace talks, Alakdar Barahimi, is to hold separate talks with rival

00:41delegations to assess their willingness to meet together. The behind-the-scenes negotiations
