00:00You mentioned Rhian there, he's obviously been bright of late as a necessity, came back from injury.

00:04There's been a few questions from the supporters about his future, he's obviously got a contract in the summer.

00:08What's the situation?

00:09Yes, we're in discussions with Rhian and his representatives.

00:14I'd love him to stay.

00:15I'm a big, big fan.

00:18I don't go along with what people say that, you know,

00:22he's this, that and the other, the boy didn't want to get injured.

00:25I've told that story too many times,

00:28but he is now, because he's having a run of games and being involved in Fit and Healthy.

00:35He's part of a front group, which I'm delighted to have.

00:41You know, if you look now, the options that we've got,

00:44you know, we've got Ty, we've got Tom, we've got Kiefer coming back in.

00:49We've got Guttu who can play out of ten, but has played off the left so far this season.

00:53He hasn't played as a left winger though, just to clarify that situation.

00:57He doesn't come off the line and score all those goals if he's playing as a left winger.

01:03So he's playing as a pocket, can play as a ten.

01:05Callum can play along the front,

01:07Jez, Brooksy, Ben Beren-Diaz, you know, can play off the right,

01:13can play off the left, can play down the middle.

01:14We've got some really good options now.

01:17So whether we need to change up or whatever we do to start the game,

01:21that's up to me to try and get that right.

01:23Maybe the combination with the two centre-forwards at times on Saturday

01:27wasn't the most easiest on the eye.

01:31But what I will say to them, the service that they had was pretty poor.

01:34And like I said to you, in terms of the way we started the game,

01:39I don't think anybody can judge the centre-forwards when we're playing backwards and square.

01:47What's the deal?

01:48They're never going to get a touch.

01:50They're never going to get into the game.

01:52So that's something that, like I said, we've reflected and reviewed on.

01:56And if we want to be this team that just plays in our defensive third,

02:00that doesn't suit how I want us to play.

02:02It doesn't suit the ethos and the culture of the football club.

02:06I don't think supporters really want us to play that way.

02:08Not that that is the be-all and end-all, how they want us to play,

02:12because you'd have possibly 30,000 different opinions as well.

02:16So we've got to get that right.

02:19But what we have is certainly options.

02:22And Rhian starting and Rhian coming off the bench is a fabulous one.

02:26And I'd love him to get that deal sorted out.

02:33Agents talking to the football club,

02:35and hopefully we can come to some sort of an agreement, an arrangement.

02:41Sheffield United have not seen the best of Rhian for situations that have not been his doing

02:47for the majority of the time.

02:49I think Rhian understands his pressure on him.

02:50It comes with a big price tag.

02:53It wasn't as big as everybody once said it was at 23.

02:57It wasn't nowhere near that.

02:59But he came with big expectations and he's still got to carry that out

03:04and prove what a player he was then, that he can still do it now.

03:09And he's desperately trying to do that.

03:10He's an incredibly popular, positive member of the group.

03:13Love working with him.

03:15And I think everybody would be, internally, would be absolutely delighted

03:19if he continues on the path where he's going and keep raising his game

03:23and being a massive asset for us.

03:26He seems to have really made a home here, hasn't he?

03:28Because I think everyone forgets how young he still is.

03:3124, 25 I think he is now.

03:32Came here as a 20-year-old, I think he's sort of grown up here, hasn't he, almost?

03:36Yeah, I mean, he's a London boy as well.

03:37So he had that jump straight away into Liverpool.

03:41So from London to Liverpool is different.

03:43And then, obviously, from Liverpool over to Sheffield United is...

03:47And it's been a tough one for him as well.

03:50But we're believers and we're backers of him and we're fans.

03:54So, you know, hopefully he can still have a big career ahead of him

04:00and some big targets that he personally wants to hit.

04:04So that's your family about size, actually.
