00:13The campaign aims to encourage people to adopt a healthier lifestyle starting this Ramadan.

00:17Al-Jasmi draws from his weight loss experience to set an example.

00:21I felt like I was addicted to sports. I loved it. I became a sport enthusiast.

00:27I didn't do sports, but there is still something missing in my life.

00:29I love to wear, I love to go out. I have to be a role model for those who follow me.

00:36Of course, I will practice sports. Of course, I will exercise.

00:39Because I believe in this. I believe that this is a result of an experience.

00:44It is a result of the love of people and the love that I deliver to them.

00:49What I am trying to do is to change the diet.

00:52This forces you to change the type of food.

00:55It can be a light meal or a non-fatty meal.

00:58After a while of forcing myself to eat this food, I liked this lifestyle.

01:02I liked to exercise.

01:04I noticed that I lost a little weight.

01:06I was able to walk half a kilo at the beginning of the day.

01:09Then I became lighter.

01:11So I felt the taste of sport, the taste of health, the taste of movement.
