Ahead of another Super Bowl, many already think the Kansas City Chiefs star is the greatest QB of all time.

00:03I always feel like I have something to prove.

00:05I mean, I'm just this guy from Texas Tech, man, that they said they couldn't play in the NFL.

00:09We're very lucky to have him here.

00:11And the stuff he's doing just doesn't happen.

00:14That's why he's the greatest at doing what he's done in a relatively young career here.

00:18I've been blessed to have been around some great ones.

00:29And, listen, you can take a little piece out of every guy and say he's kind of like this guy, he's kind of like that guy.

00:37But he's really rewriting it for himself.

00:40He's one of the greatest, man.

00:42He's going to be one of the greatest.

00:44He's preparing himself to be that.

00:46He's not sulking in his own success or anything like that.

00:49He's still there every day, still does all the little things.

00:52He has all these accolades.

00:54He's still working every single day.

00:56I'm not going to be quick to say someone is or isn't the greatest player of all time.

01:00But if you are putting up a list, I mean, he has to be on the list, right, because the things that they've been doing have been incredible.

01:08When you have a guy like that on your team that takes no shortcuts, that makes it easy to be a role model for the younger guys, you know.

01:14It's just, you're very fortunate.

01:16He's a rare guy.

01:18He's a lot of the likes of that Tom Brady and Bill Montana type of guy.

01:21Without a doubt, he's one of the greatest athletes of all time already.

01:24What makes him unique is that he does so many things so well in a tough sport.

01:29That competitive edge in him, man, is just something that's real different that's going to take away from being in this league.

01:34That's why he's in those conversations now being one of the greatest.

01:37After our first Super Bowl, I'm pretty sure every defensive coordinator found it in their job to find a way to stop Pat Mahomes in the offseason.

01:45Like, if they knew that they were playing Pat Mahomes, they were going to take a peek at trying to stop the best.

01:50I think he's one of the best to ever do it, honestly.

01:53Ever. No doubt about it.

01:54But you have to be ready to prepare for everything, knowing that they have one of the best players of all time on the other side with Mahomes.

02:03And they can do it many different ways.

02:06Whenever you're in the face of adversity, don't show it.

02:09Go out there and just be who you are.

02:11And be cool. Be cool. Be confident.
