00:05How long have you guys been set up here?

00:08Since 2017.

00:10That's quite a few years then. You've got quite a loyal customer base.

00:16Have you been involved in takeaways and in the business before?

00:21Not me. My husband and brother-in-law.

00:25They've got a bit of history in it. Is that in the local area as well?

00:29All sorts. Wales and London and Portsmouth.

00:36What sort of food do you do here?

00:39Kebabs, burgers, chips, usual.

00:44What are your best sellers? What's your standout dish?

00:50I think the lamb shish with the rice is the best.

00:55Just rice, no bread or anything?

00:58No, just with salad. Mostly healthy.

01:01Is that one of your popular dishes as well?

01:04Normal lamb doner.

01:09What type of pizzas do you do?

01:11Hawaiian, farmhouse, doner meat special.

01:16Lots of varied. Tuna, vegetarian ones as well.

01:20What makes you stand out compared to other kebab places in the area?

01:25A lot of our stuff is all homemade.

01:27Sauces and the chicken doner and the kofta, chilli sauce.

01:33Everything's handmade.

01:36What type of sauces do you use?

01:43We make the garlic butter, garlic mayonnaise.

01:49It's difficult to catch up with things.

01:53Yeah, of course. There's a limit.

01:57How can people order from you?

02:21Yes.

02:22Do you do your own deliveries then?

02:24Yes. Free delivery if they call us on our website.

02:28Is there a limit to how far you deliver to?

02:32Four miles.

02:34Four miles. So quite a while.

02:37Yeah, we do it quite near our gate.

02:40Do you have regular customers from around the area?

02:44Yeah, lots of regular customers. It's good.

02:48It's part of our family.

02:50So you've had Chicagobroil since 2017,

02:53but now you've also linked to another kebab shop in Portchester.

02:57Is that right?

02:58Yes.

03:03Does that do similar food?

03:07Yeah.

03:08All homemade again.

03:10So is that stretching out?

03:13Are you covering a wider area now?

03:15We're covering now up to about QA.
