00:00Kanye West is defending his wife Bianca Sensori's daring fashion choice on the Grammy's red
00:05carpet.
00:06The couple shocked fans after Bianca chose to go virtually nude while posing for pictures.
00:12After walking onto the red carpet wearing a long black fur coat, she turned around,
00:16dropped the coat to the ground, revealing a sheer slip dress barely visible and opted
00:21for no underwear.
00:22On February 6th, Kanye took to X sharing a photo from the carpet and writing in the caption,
00:28My wife's first red carpet opened a whole new world.
00:31I keep staring at this photo like I was staring in admiration that night, thinking, wow, I'm
00:36so lucky to have a wife that is so smart, talented, brave, and hot.
00:40She took a break from shooting her first film to make a movie in real life.
00:45We tailored that invisible dress six times, and just like magic, poof, we disappeared.
00:50Thank you to all the outlets who recognized us and gave us back the energy we put in,

01:09In the days following the awards show, the couple continued to make headlines surrounding
01:12the appearance.
01:13A producer with the Grammy's spoke out about the controversial fashion statement.
01:17Executive producer Raj Kapoor is sharing his thoughts on the shocking stunt, telling People
01:22Magazine that the dress code for the event is artistic black tie, though he added, in
01:27the music industry, I guess that's up for interpretation.
01:31He further added, obviously, there is a dress code for anybody actually performing on the
01:35show that we have to adhere to standards and practices.
01:39But as far as people attending, the nominees attending, that would be something the Academy
01:43would have to answer.
01:44While the couple took photos on the red carpet, they left immediately after, and initial reports
01:50claimed they had been kicked out, but those reports appeared to be false, with sources
01:54telling multiple outlets the couple left on their own accord and never had plans to stay
01:59for the ceremony.
02:00West, at one point, claimed former CNN anchor Don Lemon had started the rumor.
02:05He took to Instagram in a now-deleted post, sharing a photo of Lemon accusing him in the
02:09caption, writing, This the goofball that started the rumor that me and my wife got kicked out
02:13the Grammys three decades of innovating music and called him a racial slur.
02:19While the journalist had speculated that evening on the situation and shared what he was hearing
02:23from others at the event, he did clap back at the allegation.
02:27First of all, Kanye, ye, yay, whatever your name is, I did not start a rumor about you
02:36being kicked out of the Grammys.
02:38I actually corrected it.
02:40I saw someone on your team who asked me to correct it because it had been reported everywhere.
