00:00This sincerely is one of the most exciting moments of my life. Adrian is so

00:13special as a leader, as a person, and now as a partner. So it's very honoured to be

00:20able to have Adrian join. We're going to do a lot of great things as partners

00:23together. It's great, it's delighted to be, we can all finally talk about it in

00:29the public. Just looking forward to starting. I was very flattered by the

00:33number of teams that then approached me. Talking to Lawrence, his passion and

00:38commitment and enthusiasm and also kind of desire to make me a partner and

00:44shareholder. It became very much the clear choice that if I was going to stay

00:48in Formula One, it should be with Aston Martin. So it's nice to say here I am.

00:53So I start March 25. It's going to be a very intense period of course. This

00:58factory, I think Lawrence and the team have done a fabulous job. It's a fabulous

01:02facility to, I think, to work in. And all the facilities are here. The wind tunnel,

01:07all the rigs and simulation tools and so forth, they're all here. So we've got a

01:13big regulation change coming for 2026. It's the first time, I can certainly

01:17remember, where simultaneously we've got new power unit regulations and chassis

01:22regulations. It's a big challenge for everybody on the grid to get those

01:27cars designed and ready. It's going to be a very intense period for sure.

01:31I'm very looking forward to that challenge and getting on with it.

01:35Look, we're here to win. We build this. We put the greatest team. We put the greatest

01:38facilities. We have the greatest partners in Honda exclusively for us in Aramco.

01:43I mean, what stops us from being the next best? The answer is absolutely nothing.
