00:11We had the first national consultation of the projects for the communal circuits, of
00:16the projects that were debated, prepared and presented by the people in the full and non-transferable
00:27exercise of their sovereignty.
00:34And so far 97.99% of the projects have been assigned.
00:43We have assigned already almost 100% of the projects.
