03:10I think it's fundamental for all the community to be very vigilant when locking their vehicles

03:16and in particular ensuring that there are not valuable items displayed in the vehicle,

03:21i.e. having a laptop or an extra set of keys in the car,

03:24anything of value, a phone, even coins within the car.

03:29There are opportunities for opportunistic thieves to break into the vehicle

03:35to steal what they can see.

03:37So if you can actually leave valuables in your house or conceal them within the vehicle

03:42so they are not visible, that is ultimately the best way to go.

03:45Because a lot of the times we are seeing no signs of forced entry from vehicles

03:50and that's unfortunately people are forgetting to lock their vehicles.

03:52So we really implore the community to lock your vehicles

03:57and ensure that valuable items are not within vision of your windows.
