00:19with the decision, I think he didn't feel, the sense I get was he didn't want to be sort

00:24of pushed into a certain direction and I think it's credit to him that he didn't, you know,

00:29he took his time, he wanted to talk to all the right people, I had a conversation with

00:33him and I guess mine was around, purely around the football that I think, you know, I think

00:38you'll find a really great place for him here in terms of where he is in his career.

00:41So you were 100% convinced that he is sold on this?

00:44Oh 100%, yeah, more than 100% because, like I said, because he took so much time and was

00:49so diligent about finding out everything when he made the decision that it's us and he obviously

00:54had options and that sort of gave me even more confidence that we were getting the right

01:01kind of mentality, the right kind of play, he's very ambitious, he's got a great deal

01:08of self-belief and self-confidence, he feels like he can reach the very top of the game

01:12and he's chosen us which is, I think, a great vindication for what we're doing.
