00:35Lively's lawyer, Michael Gottlieb, argues Baldoni's lawyer, Brian Friedman, had breached

00:39professional ethics by accusing Lively of bullying.

00:42Friedman says his remarks were in response to a December 21 article in The New York Times

00:47that quote, "...completely devastated Baldoni."

00:50Baldoni and Wayfarer also sued The New York Times for $250 million, accusing the newspaper

00:55of defamation for uncritically taking Lively's side in the December 21 article.
