00:06ended that game last night was looking unhappy on the bench. I mean, was he like four minutes?

00:16Yeah, like the last four minutes of the game, it was weird. He picked up his fifth foul

00:21and then he went to the bench and then he got like a technical foul, nothing crazy.

00:26And then the last like four minutes of the game, three and a half minutes of the game,

00:29the game's relatively close. And one of your best defenders, because at this point in time,

00:35you got Donovan Mitchell, who's really going off. But one of your best defenders, obviously,

00:42your second best offensive player is sitting on the bench the whole remainder of the game.

00:49I get it, you got five fouls, but in this situation, you're playing to win the game.

00:52And there was a one clip where they just showed like everybody kind of standing up and him sitting

00:58behind. And I mean, listen, I would be upset if I'm one of the best players and I'm not closing

01:05out games. I think, and I go back to their win on Sunday and how he and Jason Tatum were saying

01:12that Joe Mazzulla at halftime was saying to them, guys, if you're tired, let me know. If you just

01:16don't have the juice, let me know. I'll get the stay right, get right, guys, to come in and help

01:22out. And that's what I took from it. I understand I'm a Jalen Brown apologist. So I mean, this is

01:26where Wiggy and I differ. I don't think he looked upset. I think that he was just on the bench

01:31because he didn't have the juice in him at the end of that game. He carried them at the beginning,

01:35even the way he said that at the beginning. He didn't play that much because he wasn't

01:37foul trouble. So it wasn't like he was out of gas. But maybe he was out of gas, just the,

01:42just once he got into foul trouble. And that's why he kept making silly fouls.

01:47Like to me, I didn't, I didn't, I didn't take anything from that. But again, I understand.

01:52It just, it was a weird situation that your second best player on the team is not playing

01:58the final four minutes of the game. Especially when he has suggested that he's adjusting to a

02:08new role. Yeah. Cause I mean, we've seen Paul Zingers pick up five fouls before and then

02:13at the end of the game, they, you know, he's not sitting on the bench. It's just,

02:16it was a weird situation for me. And then I, like I said, they showed him a couple of times.

02:20They really didn't mention it on the broadcast. What the Celtics didn't talk about it on the

02:24broadcast. I remember it was a TNT broadcast. So, you know, they, they didn't really, it was

02:29Grant Hill and what is the name? Ian or Ian, whatever the hell he calls himself. But yeah,

02:35it was just so weird situation where he did, he looked at one point, he just looked a little

02:40disappointed and I get it. I would be pissed. I have a hot take Greg, after the trade deadline,

02:46which is tomorrow. Yes. The Celtics will go on like a 15 game win streak. All right. Okay. I like

02:52it. I like it, Curtis. I think that this is just it. I'm sure Dakota doesn't have a line to the

02:59Celtics locker room, but there's been enough weird stuff going on with the team. If you're hearing

03:04rumors, Greg, I'm sure Jalen Brown's heard a dozen and there's been a lot of theorizing about

03:10what the new owners would have to do, who the new owners will be. Athletes, Wiggy, as you know,

03:14are creatures of habit. And I just feel like the Celtics are going to make us forget about the

03:21first half pretty quick after the all-star break. Well, I mean, they played half the season already.

03:26So after the trade deadline, the final, they're going to go on a big run and they will be the

03:31one seed in the NBA playoffs. Well, they certainly beat the, I would argue with Kristaps Porzingis

03:39that people have been saying that the, that the Cavs were lucky. Like, I mean, I, they,

03:44they beat the one seed last night. So I, you know, they're, um, does anybody think that,

03:49do you think the Cavs think they're better than the Celtics? No, no. I mean, I think they look

03:54and go, all right, we gotta, if we, in order for us to beat this team, we gotta be on our A game.

03:59Like, you know, we can't, you know, we can't have a horrible night of shooting. We gotta like,

04:07cause last night the Celtics were killing them on the offensive boards. I know, um, the hell's the,

04:12the dude's name with the Afro. Um, he had Jared Allen. I know he had, I know he had a bunch of

04:19rebounds, but the Celtics had a, a good opportunity. Second chance points. It just last night,

04:25if you looked at, they were up by 20. If you just looked at the game and they weren't shooting well,

04:30you know, I agree with you, Jalen Brown puts you in that game. Cause I think at one point he had

04:36every point, it was like 13 points. Um, and then it was just, you know, and then the Celtics,

04:41Derek White got hot in the fourth quarter. Also Porzingis had a great game. They have just so

04:48many weapons. Like, you know, it's just so Porzingis can get hot. We know Brown can get

04:53hot. Derek White can get hot. Drew Holiday can get you some buckets. Pete Pritch off the bench.
