00:04justice, Juan Guaidó, received more than 500 million dollars from the United States
00:09Agency for International Development, USAID. According to the Venezuelan head of state,
00:14260 million dollars were allocated for alleged humanitarian assistance, while 247 million
00:22for development projects in Venezuela, which were never used for the intended purposes.
00:27Maduro said the figures were additional to the resources received by the opposition
00:31through CIDGO, the subsidiary of PDVSA in the United States.
00:36The Bolivarian president announced that the US taxpayers' money is being used to finance
00:41what he described as acts of corruption linked to the Venezuelan opposition.
00:45There is a scandal in relation to the USAID. Look, a direct source from the USAID that
00:57has now become known in declassified documents says that Juan Guaidó received between 2017
01:03and 2019, 507 million dollars directly, of which 260 million for alleged humanitarian
01:11assistance.
