00:14And since Article 7.1.1 does not protect public prosecution,

00:20is there a change that is proposed that will introduce an exception for public prosecution of cases of public interest?

00:27There is no change that would improve Article 7.1.1 to protect information that has caused public and public indignation.

00:35However, if an indignation is made to the SPRM agency,

00:39first of all, the information should be protected.

00:42Because here, I am the chairperson for the SPRM,

00:46the SPRM agency will evaluate whether the information is seen as an exception or not.

00:52Just like the police report, like the FIR, First Information Report,

00:56when we go to the SPRM agency and we are the informant,

01:01we want protection, the SPRM agency will provide that justification.

01:06It means that we cannot go to the public domain and then we want to get protection.

01:12Because sometimes, the informant does not have the intention of good faith with permission.

01:17He must have a good intention.

01:21That is why the SPRM agency in the current Act says that it needs to go to the previous SPRM agency.
