A Chinese envoy has voiced opposition to the U.S. decision to increase tariffs at a press conference at the United Nations Headquarters in New York at the start of China's presidency of the Security Council.
In response to the U.S. tariff increase on China, China's Permanent Representative to the UN Fu Cong said that it violated WTO rules and emphasized that there are no winners in a trade war.
