00:00A Manitoume expert was delighted to hear the statement of President Ferdinando R. Marcos Jr.

00:08First of all, President Marcos Jr. called on China

00:13that if they want to stop the US Typhoon Missile System in the Philippines,

00:17China should also stop harassing Filipinos in the West Philippine Sea.

00:23According to University of the Philippines Professor J. Batong-Bacal,

00:26that's why there was a temporary UD Typhoon Missile in the area

00:30because of China's bullying of the Philippine Sea

00:34and harassing of the Filipinos.

00:37The Manitoume expert can't say how China will accept the demand of President Marcos Jr.

00:43What's important is that this will show the Philippines' determination

00:47as a sovereign and independent country

00:50and the peace of the country.
