01:23of that nature because Sean's obviously the guy that gave Declan Doyle the new offensive

01:28coordinator his first job in New Orleans and Payton talked about how you have to be kind

01:35of intentional in assembling your coaching staff and you need different personalities

01:41to make it work.

01:43And I think that's not just making it work for the coaches as a whole when you've got

01:48all of them in a room, I think it's making it work with the players too.

01:52So getting a guy that can kind of bring that edge and be enemy certainly makes sense.
