Chinese New Year festival In Yorkshire: Sheffield hosts huge Lunar New Year celebration to welcome Year of the Snake

00:26We have so many activities today, starting from 12 o'clock we have the ceremony
00:30and after that we have lion dance and all the Chinese culture activities
00:35until 4 something today, so I hope you enjoy.
00:39From incredible balloon artists to free crafts and activities for all ages,
00:46there was plenty on offer this Chinese New Year
00:50as the city came to life, adorned with thousands of red lanterns
00:55as well as special performances from lion dancers
00:59as well as a dragon dancing through the city centre.
