00:00Albay First District Representative Edsel Lagman has passed away at the age of 82.

00:06The members of the Mamba Batas have reached the age of retirement.

00:21Albay First District Representative Edsel Lagman.

00:25Lagman is known as a veteran of the Mamba Batas

00:28and for his strong opposition to various important issues

00:33such as human rights, democracy, and social justice.

00:38According to Tabaco City, Albay Mayor Cricel Lagman,

00:42Karjack Arrest was the cause of his father's death at the age of 82.

00:49House Speaker Martin Romualdez has reached his retirement

00:53with the loss of his family and friends.

00:58Romualdez said,

00:59they were very saddened by what happened.

01:02He is not just a colleague of Lagman,

01:05but a passionate and fearless legislator

01:08who is respected by everyone.

01:12As a colleague of Albay,

01:14Albay Second District Representative Joy Salceda

01:18was also awarded the title of proud congressman.
