00:02but I haven't been able to get a good look at his face.

00:04Well, I did get a good look in this guy's car.

00:06It was a mess. Like, he's living out of it.

00:08Yeah, we think he might be homeless.

00:10Depending how long this whack job's been on the street,

00:12it's gonna be tough to ID him without a home address.
